AUTOMOTIVE PLANT MANAGER

Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer with an MBA? Do you have 15+ years of experience in the automotive, aerospace or medical devices' industry?

We are seeking a plant manager to oversee the operation of the Monterrey facility.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Advanced English
• Financial acumen
• Acute understanding of quality management
• Team management
• High-mix, low-volume manufacturing

You will manage a team of 5 direct reports in HR, finance, quality, engineering, and materials, and lead a team of 530-600 employees.

This is a hands‑on position that requires strong leadership skills, respect, and empowerment. We need someone who can interpret data and drive efficiency while also being technically savvy in quality management and project methodologies.
