What you will do: + Maintain an ethical and collaborative relationship between the Dealers and Corporation + Champion the execution of Canadian Tires True North Strategy, prioritizing Customers at the Core that enhance the overall customer experience. + Facilitate the automotive OE (Operational Excellence Program) in Stores, providing coaching and training of best practices. + Partner directly with our Associate Dealers to help balance the Dealers automotive business plan with the retail plan and Corporate priorities + General understanding of the market, demographics and competitive landscape + Ensure aligned Corporate objectives are understood through written, verbal, in-person communications and regional automotive service meetings. + Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions to develop and promote co-op training programs, supporting technician development, EV service requirements and advancing the trade within Canadian Tire + Proacti...
