Role Overview QA Automation Developer(s) will oversee quality in the delivery of digital services and ensure a team’s focus is on quality.

The role involves creating test plans, test cases, and scenarios, identifying required test types, assets, data environments and tools, and building automated test suites.

Work Location Work must be performed within Canada. Employees may work remotely or in‑person; the Province shall provide office space and necessary credentials to access the GoA system.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

Create automation scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Plan and document test scenarios and automated test cases.

Provide test metrics and reporting.

Collaborate with development and QA teams on quality activities.

Utilize Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration; Zoom may be used if required.
