ROCK is one of the premier providers in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services; offering an opportunity to work directly with families in real world environments. In this role you will design and implement behaviour programs aimed at enhancing the client's quality of life. You will work under the supervision of the Manager of Autism and Behaviour Services as well as the Clinical Supervisor (Registered Behaviour Analyst), ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with the principles and science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

As an Autism Therapist you will work collaboratively with the team, other disciplines and families using a virtual platform, in center, classroom, home or community, as required. You will be responsible for data collection, documentation preparation, preliminary data analysis, training others using the BST model, and working collaboratively with Peer Support Providers.
