About The Role

Our client is seeking a qualified Attorney to provide legal guidance, draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support litigation or corporate matters. This role requires strong legal judgment, excellent drafting and research skills, and the ability to partner with executives, managers, and outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Contract Work: Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, employment agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, leases).
• Legal Research & Advisory: Use platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis to research statutes, regulations, and case law. Deliver practical recommendations to busi...
