What will you do?
Leverage your planning talent to facilitate, in partnership with the Investment Advisor, meetings and events with clients and prospects. Prepare agendas, documentation, execute post‑meeting work and attend client meetings when required.
Use superior problem‑resolution skills to provide proactive client service, liaising with various departments for smooth, timely solutions.
Effectively respond to client account inquiries and own follow‑ups.
Assist in building and executing business plans, client segmentation exercises, and client service plans.
Identify asset‑consolidation and referral opportunities across the existing client base.
Support the advisory team with new client acquisition.
