The Associate Vice-President, Advancement is a senior leadership role within the Institute for Molecular Bioscience (IMB), responsible for shaping and delivering a strategic fundraising and external engagement agenda that accelerates IMB’s world‑leading research impact. Working in close partnership with UQ’s Advancement and Community Engagement team, this role leads philanthropic strategy, manages high‑value donor relationships, and mentors a high‑performing advancement team.
