Position Overview

We are seeking an individual who has experience doing financial services work to join one of the leading fast‑paced financial advisory teams in the downtown Toronto office. As an Associate the incumbent will contribute to growing the business by supporting the Investment Advisors, ensuring high‑level client service, and providing dedicated specialized administrative support on diverse assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities

Investment Advisor Support & Administration:

• Manage the execution of transactions on behalf of the Advisors.
• Assist investment advisors with preparing reports for investment policy statements, portfolio evaluations, financial plans, retirement projections, client commentaries/reviews and investment proposals.
