About the Role We are looking to onboard an Associate / Senior Associate with 5-8 years of experience in handling direct tax, indirect tax and international taxation matters. The candidate may be either a lawyer or a Chartered Accountant, provided they have strong experience in tax litigation, advisory, client representation and procedural handling before tax forums and courts. Scope of Work The candidate should be capable of independently managing matters relating to income tax, GST, customs, FEMA and allied laws. The role will involve advising clients on tax disputes, regulatory issues, litigation strategy and domestic as well as international taxation issues, including DTAA interpretation, cross-border transactions and related advisory matters.
