Salary

Salary Range: $50,000 - $56,000

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with external Issuers and their Legal Counsels, Transfer Agents, and internal CG departments/clients.
• Processing of Physical Warrant exercises, expirations, accelerations, and answering general inquiries involving warrants held in custody.
• Preparation of wire transfers to Issuers or their Legal Counsels.
• Processing of Employee Option Exercises and Warrant Exercises for US resident clients, with a legend removal component.
• Provide client service on a wide range of operations functions for US resident clients, including US Legend Removals (Rule904 & Rule144).
• Setting up and tracking wires and cheques to pay Transfer Agent fees.
• Provide backup processing deposits and withdrawals of physical certificates in CDS, DTC and with our foreign custodian.
• Respond to client and broker inquiries in a timely manner.
