About the Role

Uber Freight is looking professionals in the area of finance to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraising performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.

• Supervises accounts receivable staff and manages workflow to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Workload distribution to maximize productivity, performance and cash collection
