Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters involving municipal defence, historical abuse claims, motor vehicle litigation, and medical malpractice
Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal opinions
Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy
Attend discoveries, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Manage files effectively from intake through resolution
