Associate Lawyer – Health Law & Insurance Law (2–5 Year Call) Location: London, Ontario.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support in the Health Law and Specialty Risk & Insurance Groups.

Practice in insurance defence, insurance law, and/or health law.

Assist with regulatory health or public entity liability matters.

Assist with plaintiff personal injury matters where required.

Maintain excellent client service and advocate for clients.

Commit to a minimum of 3 days in the London office per week.

Qualifications

2–5 years of litigation experience.

Experience in insurance defence, insurance law, and/or health law.

Experience in regulatory health or public entity liability matters is an asset.

Platoon personal injury experience considered.

Demonstrated track record of excellent client service.
