About This Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contractors and frontline staff on landscaping, tree care, irrigation, and pest control works.
  • Coordinate sourcing and procurement of plant materials, spare parts, and horticulture services.
  • Maintain accurate labor, scheduling, and inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Respond to ad hoc operational issues as part of the horticulture duty roster.
  • Support project delivery through problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Horticulture or a related discipline; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, horticulture tools, and maintenance practices.
