Maintain Operational Excellence
Understand processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from purchase order issuance through delivery of cargo
Apply basic industry knowledge to respond to customer requests
Learn and execute or coordinate tasks on shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements
Ensure a high level of data integrity within shipments: acknowledgement of shipment details, INCOterms, routing, dates, documents, etc.
Learn and understand pricing; complete low to medium complexity customer quotes
