THE OPPORTUNITY

A leading global capital markets firm is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead advanced client data analytics initiatives across its Capital Markets division. This is a high-visibility, senior individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and client intelligence.

You will own the foundational data layer that drives how the firm measures, understands, and acts on client profitability, resource efficiency, and strategic opportunity. Your work will be consumed across Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, and adjacent business lines — scale and reusability of your solutions is central to the mandate.
