Responsibilities
Build and nurture client relationships through marketing, outreach, and ongoing partnership support.
Assist managers in developing new client relationships by leveraging referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence.
Identify potential sales and service‑improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with team members and internal partners to connect clients with opportunities and provide guidance on treasury best practices and cash‑management solutions.
Proactively assess clients’ cash‑management needs, conduct financial statement reviews, and help propose solutions.
Assess accounts in the pre‑ and post‑sales cycle, provide data to the sales team, and support account reviews and pricing negotiations.
Conduct industry and client research to contribute to proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
