In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:• Be the main point of contact for the Assistant to General Manager and support communication with regional and global teams. • Manage the General Manager’s calendar and arrange meetings based on business priorities. • Organize General Management meetings and support agenda preparation. • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents. • Support the General Manager by collecting information and helping with business-related tasks. • Take notes during leadership meetings and follow up on action items. • Arrange travel and accommodation plans for business trips. • Prepare internal announcements and professional communications when needed. • Support internal communication, corporate branding, and marketing activities. • Coordinate fairs, sales events, and company organizations. • Manage corporate branding materials and promotional item shipments such as agendas, notebooks, pens, and gi...
