About This Opportunity

We are looking for a well-organized, proactive professional to support the General Manager (GM) with administrative and operational tasks. Key responsibilities:​ + Manage the GM’s schedule (meetings, business trips, priorities) and coordinate time-sensitive matters. + Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas/minutes; ensure accurate, timely document distribution. + Liaise between the GM and internal teams/external stakeholders; handle communications (calls, emails) professionally. + Coordinate cross-departmental tasks, follow up on progress, and organize company events/receptions (logistics, on-site support). + Manage confidential GM documents and assist with ad-hoc tasks/special projects.
