Fully support the Store Manager in all store operations and retail goals.
Engage customers on the sales floor, driving sales and creating unforgettable moments.
Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and fostering accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations.
Assist with hiring, including recruiting Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to maintain a smooth, on‑brand operation.
