Become an Assistant Store Manager at SmartStop® Self Storage, specializing in operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. Enjoy a hands-on role involving financial tasks, leasing, and team management.
This position entails comprehensive oversight of daily operations, from managing storage rentals to engaging with tenants and maintaining site cleanliness. You will also handle financial transactions and agreements while addressing any onsite project needs. Starting salary is $21.00/hour, complemented by a monthly bonus incentive plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the rental process for storage units
• Prepare rental agreements for efficient transactions
• Handle all financial transactions and banking operations
• Supervise onsite projects and maintenance tasks
• Maintain strong tenant relationships
Requirements:
