+ Support the Spa & Recreation department in the seamless operation of all wellness and recreational facilities, including spa, fitness center, pool, and leisure areas. + Deliver and maintain IHG brand standards, ensuring every guest experience is personal, welcoming, and engaging. + Lead, motivate, and support the Spa & Recreation team to create a positive and high-performing environment. + Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across all facilities. + Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism, turning concerns into opportunities to exceed expectations. + Assist in colleague scheduling, training, and ongoing development in line with IHG’s people-first culture. + Drive awareness and utilization of spa treatments, wellness programs, and recreational activities. + Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
