Provide proactive and efficient support to Relationship Managers in advising and servicing a sophisticated client base.
Handle organisational and administrative tasks as part of comprehensive office management, including correspondence, documentation, diary management and compliance.
Independently prepare for and follow up on client and acquisition meetings, gathering relevant information.
Monitor client portfolios for due dates and outstanding pending items.
Receive and independently process orders in securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payments.
Requirements
Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial vocational training.
Several years of practical experience in private banking and servicing private banking clients.
Experience with cross‑border client relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements such as MiFID, KYC, AML and FIDLEG.
