Assistant Project Manager - Mid Rise Residential

Are you wanting to grow your career and grow to Project Manager with a high-rise developer in the GTA? Are you motivated to work alongside a VP of Construction on all aspects of construction management. Are you currently an ambitious (Snr) Project Coordinator or APM feeling held back and unable to progress in your current company? Responsibilities

• Assist with the project delivery at all stages of construction on mainly mid-rise projects, spending time in the office and on site.
• Lead, support and evolve your skills while being coached and supported by the VP, assisting in the management of the project, as well as monitoring construction schedules and deliverables – reporting any variances to the VP.
