The successful candidate will oversee in-house bid coordination for hotels and car washes. This role is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, who have managed a diverse portfolio of commercial projects such as firehouses, medical facilities, retail spaces, hotels, apartments, pharmacies, and multifamily or mixed-use buildings valued at $10M+. Candidates with experience in ground-up or design-build projects are highly preferred. Responsibilities
+ Coordinate all activities with the Superintendent and project team.
+ Take full ownership of project finances.
+ Organize, understand, and maintain up-to-date contract documents.
+ Prepare the project construction schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent and required subcontractor input.
