Assistant Professor – Pharmaceutical Sciences

As part of a major expansion of its research and academic programs in pharmaceutical sciences, the University of Ottawa invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor.

Overview

The successful candidate will develop an innovative program in basic, clinical, or translational pharmacology and contribute to the new French‑language Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program, as well as teaching graduate courses in English or bilingually.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the new French‑language Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program and teach graduate courses in English or bilingually.
• Establish and maintain an externally funded, innovative, and independent research program.
