Assistant Professor, Diagnostic Cytology

Position Summary: Provide academic leadership, foster a learning environment, uphold professional standards, deliver curriculum in Diagnostic Cytology, evaluate students, liaise with faculty and clinical sites, and participate in internal committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and foster an effective learning environment.
• Utilize innovative teaching techniques for theory and practice in Diagnostic Cytology, and other subjects as required.
• Evaluate student progress and achievement, and provide advisement and remedial assistance.
• Liaise with faculty, staff, and affiliated clinical sites.
• Participate in internal committees.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years’ experience with in-depth expertise in diagnostic cytology.
• Capable of teaching introductory and advanced classes and labs in cytotechnology.
