Aerotek is hiring a Production Assistant Manager for our client located in Delta, BC

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role involving:

•50% Office/Planning – production planning, MRP/ERP transactions, cutting shop orders, receiving materials.

• 50% Hands-On – assembly, painting, testing, and general warehouse duties.

• You will lead a team of 4–5 assemblers and support the Production Manager (Ron) as part of a succession planning strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily production activities and personnel.

• Ensure efficient use of equipment and labor

• Provide production updates and insights to management

• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures

• Monitor workflow and introduce process improvements

• Assist with customer complaint investigations and resolutions

• Work closely with other branches for materials arriving monthly
