+ Manage projects in improving operation efficiency and enhancing customer experience independently + Look into business needs of different BUs and re-examine and re-design operation processes to achieve scalability and efficiency + Work closely with BUs, internal and external IT vendors to manage the end-to-end process of system enhancement including user requirements/stories gathering, UAT, and post-implementation support/bug-fix + Ensure projects are progressing in a timely manner and fit in resource plans well
