Drive customer satisfaction as the Assistant Manager of Resident Experience at York Property Management. This flexible role emphasizes hands-on resident interaction and property upkeep.
Reporting to the Manager of Resident Experience - Luxury, you’ll play a key role in managing move-ins, handling resident issues, and ensuring a well-maintained property. Your attention to detail and customer service expertise will be vital in responding to resident needs and maintaining high standards. This role primarily works on weekends, requiring flexibility for weekday tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the receipt and uploading of leasing documents
• Meet new residents for move-in inspections and keys
• Track and document resident requests in Propertyware
• Oversee cleaning standards and property walkthroughs
• Assist in responding to inquiries from prospective tenants
