Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operation of In-Room Dining, including service execution, scheduling, opening and closing duties, payroll support, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities.
Supervise and support the In-Room Dining team to ensure prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service for all room service orders and suite set-ups.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, cleanliness, sanitation, and health & safety compliance.
