Become an integral part of our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager, where customer satisfaction and sales goals meet. This position involves hands-on leadership and management.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and improving customer service. Your role includes staff training, cash management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will also handle escalated customer concerns and ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols to create a thriving shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with staff management and daily store operations
• Resolve customer issues and provide high-quality service
• Train and coach team members for growth
