Support customer satisfaction and sales in retail as an Assistant Store Manager. Take charge of daily operations, staff management, and exceptional service to drive store success.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with hands-on involvement in merchandising, stocking, and customer service. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence while developing your team and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Store Manager with daily retail operations
• Manage merchandising, stocking, and daily shipment unpacking
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues
• Train, coach, and develop store employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure adherence to policies

• Minimum of two years retail experience
