**Main Duties**
§ To ensure that each section of the Engineering Division is managed efficiently, maximizing productivity and quality of work.
§ To be demanding and critical when it comes to hotel standards.
§ Through Hands on management, supervise closely all engineering personnel in the performance of their duties.
§ To assist in computerized Preventive Maintenance Programs for all hotel assets thus plant & machinery including but not limited to HVAC equipment, Water treatment plant, Laundry, Hot Water generation plant, kitchen equipment and laundry machinery.
