Responsibilities
Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every opportunity, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded throughout the food and beverage experience.
Direct, delegate, and coordinate the banquets and food and beverage outlets’ daily business activities and team members.
Ensure all event details and function specifications are executed in accordance with the client’s expectations.
Manage food and beverage inventories, maintain par levels, and provide requisitions for products and supplies.
Facilitate regular meetings with team members and food and beverage leadership.
Maximize revenues while maintaining a high standard of service and positive guest experience.
Coach, motivate, and train team members on a continual basis.
