Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day management activities within the department in collaboration with the department manager.
• Provide team members with the feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives.
• Collaborate with production and customer service clerks.
• Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service in collaboration with the manager.
• Manage inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
