We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant CRM Manager to join our client in the B2B services sector.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer loyalty
Build interactive dashboards for campaign and business performance reviews to facilitate data-driven business decision process
Implement tracking & reporting mechanisms (using Salesforce, Adobe Analytics and Google Marketing Platform) to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
Keep track on new CRM solutions and suggest engagement initiatives that builds brand loyalty
Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings and industry best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the B2B sector.
