To assist in preparing and evaluating VE items
To assist and facilitate through the procurement process; including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively
Attend key Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial matters
To assist in monitoring project cost and managing change orders
To assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports for senior management usage

入札契約に関連する業務(事前審査、質疑、見積分析、見積評価、見積評価内容交渉など)
プロジェクトの全段階において、クライアントやプロジェクト関係者とのやりとりや会議への参加
工事契約後のコストモニタリングと変更管理
工事契約後のコストレポート作成と、クライアントへの報告
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects
