About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare journal entries, financial reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
  • Manage the annual budget and participate in quarterly forecasting.
  • Conduct variance analysis and monitor cash flow.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage fixed assets.
  • Provide ERP training and support cross-departmental projects.
  • Liaise with insurance brokers, benefits providers, and manage company-related accounts.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience; CPA designation preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (NetSuite), and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
