Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead and coordinate the month-end close process for multiple entities, ensuringaccuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

·Analyze historical client and operational financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, margin impacts, and reporting gaps.

·Develop and maintain custom financial reports, dashboards, and templates to support decision-making across departments.

·Investigate variances and anomalies independently, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

·Maintain and strengthen internal controls and data integrity within ERP systems (Tharstern, Business Central).

·Identify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve ERP and reporting issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

·Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives with meaningful analytical insight.
