A well-established family business in construction and property management is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Full accounting cycle and preparation of financial statements
• Financial analysis, budgets, and year-end closing
• Accounting management related to buildings (leases, invoicing, common expenses)
• Payroll, DAS, and GST/QST returns
• Participation in process improvement

Profile:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (an asset)
• Autonomous, structured, proactive
• Real estate experience (an asset)
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
