Roles and Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate good powers of observation and be able to identify weaknesses before they become problematic.
Collaborates with Line Manager to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, and policies, procedures, and regulations.
Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
You are also expected to be proactive, hungry to learn and be respectful in all your dealings with staff, prospects, guests, and members.
