Job Overview: The Assistant Building Operator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of residential properties by completing general maintenance, cleaning and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule regular inspections of building common areas (interior and exterior), and contractor activities. Document any irregularities (damage and deficiencies) and initiate corrective actions, including maintenance work orders.
