Job Description – Asset Metadata Steward

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Metadata Steward to support ongoing IT Asset Management (ITAM) operations within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on asset data cleanup, normalization, governance, and lifecycle management across hardware and software environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on ServiceNow experience, knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, and a passion for maintaining accurate, standardized enterprise asset data.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, normalize, and standardize asset data within ServiceNow
• Manage hardware and software model normalization activities
• Retire outdated or unused asset models and records
