The Role
* Develop and implement policies and systems for asset and liability management.
* Formulate business development and annual plans, prepare budgets, establish assessment measures, and oversee execution to optimize asset and liability structure while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Conduct monthly asset and liability management and comprehensive operational analysis, organize ALCO meetings, and lead operational review discussions.
