Lead and manage the Production Department to achieve the above stated mission: Produce all programmed products at EMPQ assuring at any time the full compliance with the required standards and the full accomplishment of the business mission and objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in a selfsustaining and continuous improvement manner.
