We are looking for an Asistente Social to join our team. The primary mission is to manage the procedures related to the wellbeing of Foundever employees in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Manage EsSalud processes for subsidies and leave, EPS registration, Life Insurance Ley, and SCTR.
Control medical breaks and employee leave, including domestic visits, registration, and follow-up.
Coordinate periodic medical examinations for employees.
Plan and conduct health training and awareness campaigns.
Organize well‑being activities: monthly birthday celebrations, basket distributions, end‑of‑year celebrations, and other significant dates (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, national holidays, Christmas).
Qualifications
Degree in Social Work.
Preferred experience in Social Work with subsidies and labor law.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health topics.
