Main responsibilities
Type orders into specialized Excel system and ERP system, issue work orders, and invoice completed orders
Receive, review customer POs and print travelers, complete paperwork based on them
Receive incoming pieces and check serial number matches to PO
Deliver pieces to customer's shipping personnel when they come for pick-up
Manage the development, completion and distribution of all monthly reports
Support various presentations as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel and car rentals as required
Greet and assist all visitors and assign security badges
Complete Visual Compliance for all visitors
Answer and direct all incoming calls to the proper person
