Skills and Experience needed:

  • You are a strong IT specialist
  • You have technology and communications experience including law related to privacy and data security as they relate to technology and/or telecommunications matters, technology contracts, general contract law issues and intellectual property
  • You have experience with large technology contracts, procurement and tenders, including drafting and negotiation
  • You have the ability to manage negotiations with multiple vendors for large IT/technology outsourcing projects
