About You:
You have a strong employment background with payroll remediation experience
You are experienced in industrial relations law
You have the ability to provide support on a new payroll platform. This will involve reviewing and drafting business requirements and designing and/or implementing a payroll remediation program that is comprehensive, transparent and ensuring it meets all relevant IR and employment law obligations
You have the ability to work with an existing IR team to identify gaps in the current system build, develop compliant business requirements documentation and support the end-to-end remediation of the payroll platform
